Nettie Taylor (Eliza Tay Lady Decorator & Interior Designer) joins Joel Bardall and Todd Von Joel to discuss her work with her team of apprentices. Nettie is up to her 12th apprentice and currently has Jasmine, Abby & Szaffi working with her on projects. Nettie talks about the benefits of having her team with her, how she keeps them invested in the work and Joel and Todd also talk with Jasmine and Abby about their experiences in the trade so far
