Fix Radio-sponsored Lee Jackson, the fastest plumber on two wheels shot into contention for the Bennetts British Superbike Championship title after an eventful race weekend at Oulton Park. Jackson came out on top in the seven-lap sprint race that resulted from two red flags on the second day of racing. The win leaves Jackson in third place in the championship and 48 points adrift of current leader, Bradley Ray heading into the penultimate round at Donington Park. “I’m in the fight for the title so we need to keep pressuring Brad, and do the most we can, so we can go to Brands Hatch with the least amount of points off the championship lead as possible,” said Jackson. Tom Burns, marketing manager at Fix said, “The last round was very eventful. I know everybody is rooting for Lee at Donington Park. Good luck!”
