Working hard on site, tradespeople should be looking to optimise their diet. But commonly, many rely on sugary snacks and fast food to get through the day. Co-host Bradleigh Hancock is no different. On the recent DIY SOS build he got through the working day on a diet of pop and chips. During a regular working week he eats crisps, chocolate, the odd ham and cheese sandwich, fast food and loads of fizzy pop. For Chris Frediani, host of The Plastering Show, getting yourself organised with a decent pack lunch, flask of tea, plenty of water, followed by a healthy meal is more efficient and much better for you. Fellow spreads, Paul Robbins and Ainsley Smith join the show to discuss lunch, eating Big Macs just for the air conditioning, pop drinks and alcohol consumption. Listen to the full show below.
