Checkatrade supports Lighthouse Charity, which assists the construction community's emotional, physical, and financial well-being in the UK and Ireland. The trade director’s donation of £10,000 will enable the Lighthouse Charity to provide more crucial support services, including 160 additional counselling sessions, 140 emergency food shops and the potential to support in critical incidents. This contribution reflects Checkatrade’s commitment to helping look after the well-being of tradespeople and the broader construction community. Sarah Bolton, CEO of Lighthouse Charity, said: “We are delighted to be partnering with Checkatrade to ensure that the message of support reaches our tradespeople who may not know about the help available to them or how to access that support.”
