Tradespeople are embracing cleaner vans, greener lifestyles and environmentally conscious choices, claims a report from van maker Isuzu.

In the national survey, three quarters of tradies reported they took pride in keeping their van clean, while 43% said they actively recycled.

Nearly two thirds also claimed they believed that electric vehicles were now more popular among their peers.

George Wallis, head of marketing with Isuzu UK said: “it’s clear from the research that there is a new generation of tradespeople in the UK, and they are not afraid to challenge people when they question it.”
