One in seven sole traders and small business owners don’t believe they can afford to retire – that’s according to Direct Line Business Insurance. The insurer estimates that a staggering 740,000 people expect to continue running their business as a side hustle when they start drawing their pension. The situation is worse for those living in London, where nearly 20% of survey respondents said they expected to work past retirement age to supplement their income. The survey also found that a fifth of business owners didn’t have an exit plan for their company when they retire. --- Despite growing awareness of the dangers of prostate cancer, millions of men are still delaying visiting the GP to get checked out. Nearly two thirds of men over 45-years-old have delayed visiting their GP, commonly citing reasons of work or family commitments, claims a report from Procept BioRobotics.
